Less manual work. More time for your business.

Do you enter the same information several times or keep putting reports together by hand? I check which steps your software can handle for you and set up a suitable solution.

On requestFirst, we check whether simplifying the task is worthwhile. We agree on the work and price before starting.

Tasks that may be suitable

  • Automation for your business

    On request

We start with a task you currently do by hand. From there, we check what is possible and whether it is worth building.

    • Check the benefits and technical options
    • Set up and test the right solution
    • Clear training and documentation
  • Preparing recurring emails and notifications
  • Creating regular reports from existing information
  • Transferring information between your programs

From a task list to a weekly report.

How the example works
  1. Record the tasks

Each task has an assigned person and a status of ‘open’ or ‘done’. In this example, you can change the status.

  2. Create the report

With one click, the process counts open and completed tasks and brings them together in a report.

  3. Spot missing information

If a task has no assigned person, the report flags it. You can only mark the draft as reviewed once that information is complete.

  4. Review it yourself

Check the draft and mark it as reviewed. This shows the review step before a report could be shared; this example does not send anything.

For your business, we first check where tasks are recorded and whether your software can provide the data we need. That tells us what a suitable solution could look like and whether it is worth building.

What we agree before starting

Tell me about a task you keep doing by hand. Your first enquiry carries no obligation. A detailed review or build only starts once we have both accepted the quote with the agreed work and price.

Your data and software

What information do you have, and is it complete? Can your software make it available? We check access, rules and exceptions before I plan a solution.

Support and errors

Who will look after the process once it is in use? Who is told about an error, and how will work continue? We agree on responsibilities, notifications and maintenance together.

One-off and ongoing costs

Your quote sets out the costs of the review, the build and any maintenance. Required subscriptions to other services or usage fees are listed separately for your solution.

From your task to the right solution

  1. 01

    Understand the task

You show me how you work today. We record the steps involved and the time they take.

  2. 02

    Check the benefits

I check what your software allows, what could go wrong and whether the solution is worth building.

  3. 03

    Set up the solution

I introduce the agreed solution step by step and test that each part works as intended.

  4. 04

    Explain how to use it

You receive clear training and documentation covering the process and how to use it.

Frequently asked questions about automation

Which tasks can be automated?
Tasks that repeat and follow clear rules are often suitable: creating reports, preparing notifications or transferring information between programs. We check that the necessary data is complete, your software can provide it and any exceptions can be handled.
What does a solution cost?
That depends on your task and the software involved. Your first enquiry carries no obligation. We agree on the work and price before a detailed review begins. The build, support and any ongoing fees are also set out in the relevant quote.
What if automation is not worthwhile?
I will tell you. If a solution takes more work to maintain than it saves, it is unlikely to help your business. The review may therefore show that keeping your current process makes more sense.
What happens after the solution is built?
I explain how to use it and document the process. We agree who will look after it, who is told about errors and what maintenance is needed. Ongoing support, subscriptions to other services and usage fees are agreed separately for your solution.
